Listen to the music - Who I Really Am music is a powerful teaching tool. The lyrics are purposefully elevated to teach at all levels, and to invite discussion about each principle. Play these songs often; you will absorb the truths contained in the songs.

Prepare for the Journey- You will be guided  through your journey by the animal guides and be given helpful resources that will aid you as you do or teach the program.. Each island has its own guides that will instruct you as to what sections to read in Tale of Hope and how to use the Who I Really Am music and the animal facts. Ready to get started with our first guide Respa? Head to Yalwuna!

The Tale of Hope

The Tale of Hope is a continuing story about Raja, a young man who travels through the Seven Islands of Transformation to the Land of Cowra (Land of Integrity). Each island has its own story of Raja’s adventures and the priceless lessons he learns from each animal on that island.

Island Guides

Each animal guide introduces a new principal to learn as you journey through the islands. Respa and Inrock will be your first animal guides. They will give you tools that you will need for your journey. All the principles will lead you to develop more integrity, greater self-mastery and ultimately help you come to understand who you really are.
